How we work

You are placed for the work and kept on it. The client meets you, not a profile, and the engineer they interview is the engineer who ships. Benefits, equipment and AI tooling are included in the 25% of every rate that is not your pay, and every embedded person has a dedicated success lead on our side.

Pay follows the published 60 / 25 / 15 split, wherever you are. Most roles start with a two-week paid trial on real work, so both sides decide on evidence rather than another interview.
