Talent & Teams·By Discipline·UI / UX

Hire UI / UX Designers.

Design that ships, and reads the PR.

Senior UI / UX designers embedded in your team through staff augmentation. Designers in our network ship in code, not in artboards. They sit in the same Slack as the engineers, write the figma spec and the test plan, and care about details a screenshot would never catch.

How it works

The work, in practice.

Product design, interaction design, design systems, brand surfaces. They’re fluent with Figma, comfortable in a codebase, and can hold a strong opinion about a button radius for 20 minutes if it matters.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Do they hand off in Figma or in code?
Both. Most senior designers in our network can open the PR themselves on small surfaces.
What about brand work?
Product designers first; many also handle brand surfaces. Logo work and full brand systems we route to specialists in the network.
Will they work alongside our existing designer?
Most engagements are like that. We won’t replace your internal team. We extend it.

Tell us what has to move.

A 30-minute call with an engineer, not a salesperson. We will map the capacity and ownership the work actually needs.
