Can the team work inside our existing scrum?
Yes. The team’s lead joins your standups and planning. We don’t run a parallel process.
Who owns the roadmap?
You do. The team’s PM is there to execute against it, not redirect it.
What if we want to keep just one engineer after the team rolls off?
We support a "keeper" model. If a particular engineer is the right fit long-term, we’ll convert them to an embedded engineer.
