Good people know good people. If someone comes to mind, tell us who. If we hire them, we’ll send you $3,000.
How it works.

Tell us who.
Their name, how to reach them, a link to their work, and why you’d hire them. Two minutes.
- 02
We take it from there.
They go through the same process as everyone else. No shortcuts. We’ll let you know how it goes.
- 03
You get paid.
$3,000, in US dollars, once they’ve been with us for 90 days. Sent to your bank, wherever you are.

We read every referral, usually within a week. We’ll let you know what happens, either way.
The fine print.
- Anyone can refer: friends, clients, former colleagues. Not recruiters or agencies.
- One reward per hire. It goes to whoever referred them first.
- If they applied on their own in the last twelve months, it doesn’t count.
- You can’t refer yourself. The application form is right next door.
- We pay after their first 90 days, whether they join full-time or on a Lateral engagement. If it doesn’t work out before then, there’s no reward.
- If you haven’t told them yet, we’ll ask you to introduce us. We only mention your name if you say we can.
